The Results Are In
So I post on my blog about a number of subjects, one of them including weight loss. I don’t write about the subject a lot, because quite frankly, if I wrote about it as much as I work on it then I’d have multiple daily entries regarding the subject. As you know from my past entries, I last left you with me seeing a metabolic specialist ordering a gluten blood work. Well I got the results. Hyperglycemic. So now what? I started medication last week, I continue exercising. And I am going to see a nutritionist and go see a food allergist to keep moving with finding out what wreaking havoc on my system. At least I have a place to start.
